Development of E-Audit Web Application for Inspektorat Bantul

The E-Audit project for Inspektorat Bantul aims to create a comprehensive web application that facilitates the digital transformation of internal government audit processes. The project includes UI design, database design, business process design, development of a web dashboard, and web services for the E-Audit system. This initiative is aligned with the government's mandate to implement an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) to enhance governance and public service delivery.

Introduction

In the digital era, local governments are required to reform their bureaucracy by transitioning to digital business processes. The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) has mandated all government institutions to implement SPBE to achieve clean, effective, efficient, accountable, and trustworthy governance. Currently, Bantul Regency's SPBE index stands at 3.21, which can be improved by implementing mandatory measures, including the utilization of information systems in internal government oversight. The Inspektorat Bantul, as the coordinator of internal government oversight, needs to develop an information system for conducting audits (E-Audit) to enhance audit quality and produce useful reports for stakeholders. Implementing the E-Audit system is expected to increase the SPBE index of Bantul Regency by 2.75%.
